Off Cut & Co. is a culinary company built on Italian tradition, exceptional flavour, and the heartfelt hospitality we all remember from a big Sunday lunch at Nonna's. We're based in Bradford, Ontario, and proudly serve the greater community.

As chef and host, Daniel Iacob founded Off Cut & Co. to cook from the heart and share that love. Our specialization ranges from handcrafted artisanal boards & pastas to immersive dining experiences is all directly inspired by the wisdom, techniques, and love found in my Nonna's kitchen.

Our dedication to using high quality, seasonal ingredients is unwavering; every dish is made with the belief that great food should be celebrated and savoured.

The name Off Cut reflects our core philosophy: a deep respect for Italian values where nothing is wasted and every ingredient is elevated with purpose and creativity.
