Founded by chef and host Daniel Iacob, Off Cut & Co. specializes in handcrafted pastas, curated charcuterie, and immersive private dining experiences inspired by the rustic simplicity of Italian cuisine. Every dish we create is guided by seasonality, quality ingredients, and the belief that food should be shared, celebrated, and savoured.
The name Off Cut is a nod to Daniel’s philosophy in the kitchen—finding beauty in the overlooked, making use of every ingredient, and elevating humble cuts with care and creativity. It’s an approach rooted in Italian values: nothing wasted, everything with purpose.
